1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and NibandhAI ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the NibandhAI website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

User-generated content, such as essays drafted by you or handwritten copies uploaded for evaluation, remain your intellectual property. However, by uploading them to NibandhAI, you grant us a limited license to process this data using our AI models to provide you with the Service.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Essay Credits and Subscriptions

Access to certain premium features of NibandhAI (such as the Forensic Copy Examiner, Smart Essay Drafting, and Drona Mentorship Studio) requires the consumption of "AI Essay Credits".

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• PRO subscriptions allocate a specific number of credits per billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise in the plan details.
• We reserve the right to modify the credit cost of specific features at any time.

5. Disclaimer regarding AI Accuracy

NibandhAI utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence models to evaluate essays, generate drafts, and provide mentorship. However, AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate, biased, or incomplete information.

The feedback, scores (Benchmarked Scores), and guidance provided by NibandhAI should be used as a supplementary study aid and not as absolute fact or a guarantee of performance in actual UPSC or State PCS examinations. You are solely responsible for independently verifying factual data and quotes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. NibandhAI and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
